Free to use and comes with Delphi source (uses Gen2 to load and render).

Can load DirectX X-files and display them with and without animation.
You can rotate and zoom in, load a texture and specular and bumpmap.

There is also a scan directory mode where you can display all X-files in a directory like a thumbs preview.

You can also make screenshots.
